Magnitude offers a highly absorbance form on magnesium and should be fed daily to promote healthy nerve tissue and to encourage concentration and focus and reduce nervous tension. It contains 97.5% Magnesium Oxide and 2.44g elemental Magnesium per 5g daily serve.
