Julia Bradbury is a TV presenter, mental health & environmental campaigner, and mum of three who believes that the outdoors played a huge part in her recovery from breast cancer including the impact on her mental health.

About Hats on For Mind 2023

For the 2nd year in a row, we're partnering with mental health charity, Mind, for Hats on For Mind. Last year, you helped us raise over £233,000 for Mind and raise awareness of the impact spending time in the outdoors can have on your mental well-being.
