Nikwax Rug Wash 1L.

Nikwax Rug Wash is a cleaner specially designed to revitalise water repellency and breathability for all animal coats and rugs.

Rug Wash s a technical cleaner which effectively cleans animal coats, rugs, and blankets. It restores water repellency and revitalises insulation keeping your animal warmer and drier for longer.

It is easy to use in a washing machine or by hand if handwashing. It also comes in a 100% recycled bottle.

It is recommended t be used on Rambo® and all other animal rugs and blankets.

How To Use In A Washing Machine:

• Use neat Rug Wash™ and a sponge or soft nylon brush to treat stubborn stains before washing. Remove all non-washable parts. Shake well before use. Follow care label instructions. Do not use detergents.
• Remove all detergent build-up from the detergent dispenser.
• Place 1 item in washing machine (maximum 1 rug per load*).
• Ensure washing machine is large enough to allow freedom of movement for item in drum.
• Use 150 ml per item.
• Wash according to care label. Choose a cycle that will allow the item to rinse thoroughly.

* For large items we recommend using a commercial launderette.

How To Use If Handwashing:

• Use neat Rug Wash™ and a sponge or soft nylon brush to treat stubborn stains before washing. Remove all non-washable parts. Shake well before use. Follow care label instructions. Do not use detergents.
• Use gloves. Spread item on clean area and wet thoroughly with a hose.
• Dilute 1 part Rug Wash™ with 2 parts hot water.
• Use brush to scrub the solution into fabric paying attention to dirty areas.
• Rinse thoroughly in clean water.

How To Dry:

• Leave to air dry or tumble dry on a low setting if care label allows.
• Waterproof items at least once a year with Nikwax® Rug Proof. No need to dry items before waterproofing.
