Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Black Leather is an instant waterproofer, specially designed to revitalise breathability and maintain suppleness of all smooth leather items.

The Waterproofing Wax enhances the performance of your leather footwear whilst also adding water repellency, reviving breathability and maintaining support keeping your feet warmer and drier for longer.

It is an easy to apply high performance cream which can be applied by hand onto all leather footwear. It is water based, non flammable, PFC and aerosol free.

It is recommended to be used on Gore-Tex® and eVent®, Sympatex ® and all other waterproof leather footwear.

How To Use:

• For best results clean footwear using Nikwax® Footwear Cleaning Gel™.
• Shake well before use.
• Rub the wax thoroughly into wet or dry clean leather, using either the sponge applicator or your fingers, paying special attention to seams.
• Remove any excess with a cloth and buff to a shine.

Note: May darken leather. Test on a hidden area first. Waterproofing Wax for Leather™ will convert nubuck to a smooth waxy finish.

How To Dry:

• Leave footwear to dry at room temperature.
• Paper can be stuffed into the toes to absorb excess moisture; this should be replaced when wet.
• Keep footwear away from fires and radiators, drying too quickly can crack leather and cause bonded soles to peel.
