We want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all equestrian gear is returned in original, clean condition with tags attached to qualify for processing.

  Securely package your products in their original packaging, ensuring that items like riding boots or helmets are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier point or local post office.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our equestrian specialists inspect the returned goods for cleanliness and condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
